Moll Industries has appointed the law firm HEUKING to receive reports and handle the initial communication with reporting persons. All reports are handled confidentially and responsibly. You may decide whether to disclose your identity or remain anonymous.

Please describe the matter as precisely as possible and, where known, identify the company concerned, the persons involved, and the time and place of the incident. Supporting documents may also be submitted.
Reports may concern suspected criminal offences or serious breaches of rules, including corruption, fraud, theft, discrimination, bullying, abuse of authority, and environmental or human rights-related violations.
The whistleblowing system is not intended for emergencies or general customer complaints.
Your information will be treated confidentially. Reporting persons are protected against retaliation where the applicable statutory requirements are met. This protection also applies where reported information subsequently proves to be inaccurate, provided that the reporting person had reasonable grounds to believe that the information was true at the time of reporting and fell within the applicable statutory scope.
Where you provide contact details, you will normally receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days. Feedback on any follow-up measures planned or taken, and the reasons for them, will normally be provided within three months of the acknowledgement of receipt, insofar as this does not compromise internal enquiries or the rights of persons who are the subject of, or named in, the report.
In addition to the internal reporting office, you may contact a competent external reporting body.
