The company's current market leadership is based on many years of experience. With the founding of the concrete works and a patent for the prestressing of concrete sleepers, building contractor Leonhard Moll laid the foundation stone for an entire industry. Since then, the company has produced many millions of sleepers at 13 locations - for Deutsche Bahn as well as for state railways and track network operators in other European countries. Private customers with their own track systems also rely on the stability and durability of our sleepers.

Strategy
Our activities are focussed on Germany and Europe, where we are also the market leader in several countries. We want to further expand and consolidate this position of strength. One of the ways we are doing this is by consistently automating our production. This enables us to produce large quantities at cost-effective conditions even in tight labour and raw materials markets – while maintaining a reliably high level of quality.
This makes the company a key player when it comes to renewing the railway infrastructure and the transition from road to rail.
