The corporate bodies of Moll Industries are structured to strengthen the entrepreneurial independence of the subsidiaries while connecting them optimally within a shared strategy. This creates transparency, accountability and stability – it creates the future.
Moll Industries is led by people who place their trust in the strength of its corporate units and their employees. With strategic foresight and sound governance, all potential is brought together – to continue building shared success.

In practice, this means that Moll Industries is responsible for industrial portfolio management and therefore sets the strategic direction. The operating units (Moll Rail, Keimfarben, TechnoPhysik Group) act independently in their markets, but report in accordance with clearly defined governance and compliance standards. The cooperation between the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and operational management teams of the subsidiaries is characterised by a long-term approach, professional excellence and a value-oriented understanding of leadership.

- Entry into new geographical markets with simultaneous further portfolio development
- Long-term safeguarding of industrial expertise within the industrial group
- Targeted innovation investments (including CO₂-reduced cement mixes, digital production control and quality assurance).
Corporate structureSynergetic and sustainable.
Extensive independence in the company units but also bundled group functions, where everyone develops their potential under one roof - Moll Industries lives from this structure of strength.

In this way, Moll Industries combines entrepreneurial freedom and strategic control into a joint force. The three central holdings:
- Moll Rail - market leader in high-precision concrete sleepers for long-lasting railway infrastructure.
- Keimfarben - the world's leading specialist for mineral-silicate coating systems.
- TechnoPhysik Group - technological partner for heating technology, fire protection and nature-based insulation materials.
This creates valuable synergies in technology, finance, sustainability and strategy - while the individual business units independently develop their specific excellence in their markets. An industrial alliance that creates stability for the future together.
